Purpose, legal basis and scope
Information submitted through the form — full name, email address, optional phone number, selected package, optional preferred meeting date and time, and message — is processed to respond to the enquiry and take action at the requester’s direction. Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are necessary to handle the enquiry.
Recipients and hosting
Data may be processed by the hosting provider zenbox.pl and email provider Google (Gmail), solely as needed to maintain the website and handle correspondence. Data is not sold.
Retention period
Form messages are stored for up to 365 days, unless a longer period follows from further correspondence, a contract or a legal obligation. Technical hosting logs are stored for up to 30 days.
Browser form draft
Entered content may be stored locally in this browser’s localStorage for up to 24 hours or until it is successfully sent. The draft is not transmitted to the server before form submission.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Send requests to the contact address above.
